From coordinating new orientations for onboarded Peer Advisors to handling outreach to advisees. Annie continues to show effortless leadership potential, and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication. I genuinely enjoy being someone they can turn to when they\u2019re unsure or need help navigating a situation. It\u2019s especially rewarding to see them grow in confidence and provide meaningful support to their students. Moments like those remind me that the work we’re doing is truly making a positive impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year was my first semester as a Team Leader, and I\u2019m proud of how smoothly the transition in leadership went. It was incredibly rewarding to see my team continue to support and positively impact students \u2014 not only during challenging moments but also through consistent, everyday interactions. This semester, we’ve welcomed four new team members, and I’m already impressed by the potential they bring. They’ve quickly begun building meaningful connections with students and have shown strong communication and collaboration skills within the team.
