From Kesha Westbrooks: “I love being a Team Leader because I get to be a part of the journeys of our Peer Advisors and student veterans. I get to help them learn the skills they need to be successful as Peer Advisors and watch them grow and surpass all expectations. Plus, I spend each day working with people I care about and support other veterans at the same time. 

Our PAVE team makes me proud each and every day with the way we always show up to support the veteran students on the UNLV campus. We are much more than just a team that works together. We are a family that strives each day to be better than yesterday. We learn and grow together, so that we can best support the veteran students on our roster.“
