Last year was my first semester as a Team Leader, and I’m proud of how smoothly the transition in leadership went. It was incredibly rewarding to see my team continue to support and positively impact students — not only during challenging moments but also through consistent, everyday interactions. This semester, we’ve welcomed four new team members, and I’m already impressed by the potential they bring. They’ve quickly begun building meaningful connections with students and have shown strong communication and collaboration skills within the team.
